The Company collects the following information when a user creates an account:- Free / Pro plans: The only required personal data at registration is the email address.

- Company name, department, title
- Address / country
- Information contained in identity documents (where necessary)

Payment Information
Credit card information is managed by our payment processor, Stripe, and is not stored on the Company's servers. The Company receives only tokenized payment information, billing status, plan details, and other data necessary to manage subscriptions and payments. -
Usage Logs and Technical Information
To ensure service stability and security, the Company may collect:- Access timestamps and IP addresses
- Browser type and version, operating system information
- Pages viewed and operation logs
- Error logs and performance-related information

Video Files and Metadata
As the Service is designed to verify the originality and tampering status of videos, the Company collects uploaded video files and related metadata such as hash values, AI authenticity labels, confidence scores, and edit-history hash chains. Video files are stored on cloud storage services (e.g., AWS S3) designated by the Company.
3. Purposes of Use
The Company uses collected data for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, operate, and improve the Service
- To perform identity verification and prevent unauthorized or fraudulent use
- To process payments, manage subscriptions, and handle billing
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support
